Nijikon was a good opportunity to meet old friends, to make new ones, and with so many friends around and costumes ready, we had to take photos around the convention, as those where Yume is cosplaying her favorite J-rocker, Ruki from The Gazette:

Nijikon is the anime fans convention which takes place every October in Romania. I had to go there and compared with last year I managed to post some pics (well, I have plans to follow with more on them). What is the central point of such a convention? The costumes and the cosplay, of course, so I will stop talking and show some pics with costumes – part of them are from the official contest, part are just visitors, all of them having best of fun there.

Of course there were many more of them, but I don’t want to spoil my readers :p

Remember the old Indian play shooting? It was the time for a continuation, with the same model Mia, now indoors at Ramayana Cafe, where we played a bit more with this theme.

I spent another night with Abigail. And I fear it? No! It Is The Night I Fear is the name of the EP they launched yesterday evening at Elephant Pub in Bucharest, which they filed with doom metal and, of, course, fans. Grooooowl!!!

If you expect a hot, steamy, story, you will get disappointed, Abigail is a doom metal band and I helped them with a photography project, doing some, obviously, gloomy, dark pictures (wait for their upcoming website) in an old building which used to be the royal stables before WW2 and the secret police dungeon during the communist regime:
And after that, they went to the studio to repeat a bit for their upcoming concert on Tuesday, I joined them, assisted and even took a few pictures. Gloomy can be fun 😀

For the last week-end of the Bucharest Days for 2011, on the stage on Lipscani street they had a Spanish group, named Malasangre5 (is this the 5 bad bloods? they were only 4…) singing and dancing flamenco, and they were not bad at all:

Vlad Andrei is going to join the world any time soon (probably in a couple of weeks), so preparing for that, me and his parents went for some photos in the park in a nice afternoon a couple of weeks ago:

Among the many things that happened in Vama Veche was a day with fashion photography. It started with a studio session:

I think the shells picking girl is good representation for what is happening in Vama Veche: free, unconventional, direct, sincere.
