Last Sunday, Canon Romania organized a big event, called ‘Canon Day’. The first thing in the morning was an opportunity to play with some Canon gear. I was really impressed by a 600mm tele lens: it is very sharp and really makes distances disappear. Unfortunately, at that time there were no more interesting subject to shoot around. I wish I had more often a use case for such a lens (and, of course, the money to afford it).
Later in the day, we could attend workshops on different photography genres, I spent most of my time at the weddings workshop and some at the fashion one. Too bad one can’t me in more places at the same time…

Last week I had the pleasure to work with Irina Irimia, fashion designer, and Raluca Geambasu, model, on a photo session for Irina’s project, called The Edge of Love, which is based on various collages.
Is February in Bucharest, so Raluca endured with heroism a cold winter day, but we managed to take a bunch of outside photos with clothes intended for a much warmer weather (anticipating the spring and summer to come).
Finally, Irina edited the photos according with her vision, as collages.
