Life may be hard next to a pregnant woman: after a copious lunch a small desert may be craved, but as everything looks so good, you have to chance to end-up with double the quantity (here 4 cakes for 2 people). And since she can’t eat it all, you will have to be the hero and take care of more than half of it. Is more fun when you are an appreciator who can’t pass a good dessert.

Those days, 13-16 September 2012, is the celebration of Bucharest, called “Bucharest Days”, 553 years of known existence. Is a very good opportunity for us to get out in the street, take photos with some historical monuments and put them in the Wiki Loves Monuments photography contest.

After a hurried visit a few months ago, I had the opportunity to re-visit the ruins of the Cârță Cistercian monastery, for a deeper research and some Wikipedia photos.I was impressed to see how trusty and open the people there are: the monastery is locked, so a neighbour just gave me the key so our small group was allowed to roam free inside the ~700 years old historical monument, we had only to give it back when done. I guess we look trusty.

Every model is proud to have her image taken by a skilled photographer. The two had their photo session with the phone on Lipscani and it took maybe half an hour, if not even more. I’m curious to see the result.
