On the SIAMB 2012 floor, Denisa was dark and curvy, a presence you will surely notice:
The car where she was working was also dark and with noticeable curves:

At SIAMB 2012 Jessi was not just a hostess for a motorbike school, she is a student at that school, so what she was doing on that bike was in touch with the reality. Vrooom!!!…

With Roxana I worked back in Vama Veche, at SIAMB 2012 she had an exquisite dress and she was the hostess for an exquisite brand of cars together with another colleague of her. It was on the “rich” area of the exhibition floor.

Cars are cars, so they must be present to an auto salon, but there is a second ingredient obligatory at such an event: the girls. SIAMB 2012 also had them, obviously… and there are more pics to follow on this topic.

After luxury let’s change the focus to the topic at hand: for an auto salon, you have to have cars, and SIAMB 2012 has its share of cars: some old, some new, some expensive, some affordable.

SIAMB is the Bucharest International Auto Moto Salon and it returned in 2012 after a few years of pause and this year it was not only a car show, but it included motorbikes. The location also changed, it took place in Constitution Plaza, in the center of Bucharest.
I start the series of posts with the expected image of an international show: luxury cars, pretty girls, elegant dresses. More to follow 🙂

A hipster has to be a hipster: scarf when everybody is wearing T-shirt, a huge tablet with bad lens and sensor instead of a camera… different enough. I bet he will upload the pics to Facebook using Instagram, just to reach hipster level 999. At least the girl on the left has a priceless expression.

I don’t know if those two couples are in a duel for who’s love is bigger or pain envy or even just laziness or carelessness. But those guys sit like watching a movie or something. What can I say? Enjoy the view!

I pretty much missed the Sakura season this year: the Japanese cherry trees are in full blossom, the weather is ugly, the light bad and me, knowing the weather forecast, have not arranged anything… what can I do for now is take a few shots of random strangers and hope the apple trees will blossom under better circumstances.

Normally you get vertigo when you are up and look down, but I think this is not far from it, even if being down and looking up. Wide lens distortion 🙂 (and one of the mast winter images of the season, I hope..)

Cleaning the queue: from the trip in the mountains a couple of weeks ago I managed to put out so far only some food and a sunset, so the time to clean it and get up do date is a bit overdue. Here’s a wintery shoot of the Caraiman Cross, a monument built in the memory of heroes from WW1.

Coming from a spring walk in the Herăstrău park and going to the Izvor park for the fire show, we passed by the river of DîmboviÈ›a at the exact moment of the sunset. That’s a sure location for beautiful city shoots at that moment.

For the Earth hour there was this fire show in the center of Bucharest, near Parliament Palace in the Izvor park by the band called Crispus – it was the first time when I saw them and the spectacle is impressive.

Spring is here if full power, even if the last few days were a bit cold, everything is blossoming: from the little flowers in the grass to the trees. And in those conditions, of course the love birds have to do their thing. And of course the photographer has to do his thing 😀 Problem?
